Sr .NET Developer
I started as member of support team to a legacy application wrote in .NET technologies related to Consumer Goods. One month later, it was open a position to take part of SOA support team and interact more with global teams as Tulsa, Brazil, Canada and India Teams. I took this opportunity but I still working with some little .NET developing projects to support team and enhance development team.
Design and develop interfaces to extract business data frl SQL or web sources, transform and store data in Azure database to BI analytics.
Create Guidelines for Coding document, to enhance and align best practices on Develop Team under my mentoring.
Design and develop internal WinForm tool to provide accurate and faster solutions to Suport Team on diverse business context for each country.

Oracle SOA Tech Support Leader
Deliver application support at middleware level (Weblogic, Enterprise Manager, ODI, etc.) to client commercial applications, suporting infrastructure(UNIX, Solaris, WindowsServer) and development teams(SOA, Java) to identify, analyze and resolve production issues at global enterprise level.
Manage Teams in technical meetings and RRT calls to deliver results, planning and coordinate efforts, recommendations and analysis to resolve incidents, following SOPS, SLAS, and ITIL best practices.
Generate Documentation to deliver Knowledge Transfer regarding SOA infrastructure and Incident suport metodology to Onsite and Offshore teams.
