Since 2015 I worked with small teamworks, coordinating and prioritizing task and projects, also I developed leadership abilities at lacumbreglobal.org and during laborship on local church as youth's leader.

Mixing patience and braveness, I got resilience during projects, issues, job positions, etc. A lot of my biggest challenges or job promotions involved learn new things, work a lot of hours meanwhile I deal with knowledge curve, but I learned my best abilities during this processes. 

And I'm very excited with new challenges.  

Patience virtue is so valuable to me, help me to take better decisitions, spend time to explore another approaches, get less angry or disappoint with people management. This was a day to day practice with my 4 sons as an example, teaching people, helping older family members and leading teams. 

Since Highschool, I need to study on a self-learning schema and graduate on that way, also I love to learn new things, read books, articules, videos to improve my abilities. I'm always open to learn more cause i understand that nobody is an expert on everything. Ussually need few explains to understand process, concepts or technologies, trying to fit new knowledge with something familiar to me, like abstraction process.
